Three episodes in, and the drama is heating up on Stranded on Honeymoon Island. Tonight, a mysterious crate washes ashore, giving the honeymooners a chance to bond… if tensions at the first Couples’ Cove don’t get in the way. Davina McCall delivers a tricky dilemma that could change one couple’s future forever in this entertaining dating show from the makers of Married at First Sight.
Denmark v Scotland – FIFA World Cup Qualifier – 7.15pm (Kick-off 7.45pm)

Kelly Cates presents live coverage from Parken Stadium in Copenhagen as Denmark face Scotland in a Group C qualifier. Denmark, having reached the last two World Cups, will be looking to continue their run, while Scotland aim to make it to the finals for the first time since 1998. The two sides also met in the previous qualifying campaign, with both home sides winning 2-0.
Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Celebrity Special – 9pm

Jeremy Clarkson returns to host a star-studded edition of the iconic quiz. Celebrities Julie Hesmondhalgh and Tony Bellew tackle tricky questions to raise money for their chosen charities, with lifelines including Ask the Audience, Phone a Friend, and 50-50 to help them along the way.

The nation’s favourite sofa critics are back! Tonight’s Gogglebox sees viewers’ reactions to The Great British Bake Off, Coronation Street, Educating Yorkshire, The Inheritance, Stranded on Honeymoon Island, The Guest, The Dog House, and BBC News coverage of Donald Trump’s tariffs.
Mitchell and Webb Are Not Helping – 10pm

David Mitchell and Robert Webb return with their signature comedy sketches, joined by Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Stevie Martin, Lara Ricote, and Krystal Evans. Tonight’s sketches include eighteenth-century housemates wrestling with new tech (the toilet), a foul-mouthed Aussie family feud, an unhelpful therapist, a porn star with a big spanner, and a villain whose evil plan has a glaring flaw.
Live Boxing: Conlan vs Bateson – 9pm
Where to watch: 5
Catch Michael Conlan take on Jack Bateson at Dublin’s 3Arena in a WBC International Featherweight title clash. Conlan, returning from back-to-back losses in 2023, last fought in March with a victory over Asad Asif Khan. Bateson, from Leeds, comes off a technical draw against Danny Quartermaine in December 2024, which was cut short after a clash of heads in the second round. Preview the match, here.
