Set just over a week before Christmas, the show promises to be a festive celebration, featuring a mix of her greatest hits, new tracks, and classic Christmas favourites. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Monday 29th September, offering a wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy a magical night together.
Pixie can’t wait for the show and adds: “Christmas is my favourite time of year, I love it and I just can’t wait to get all festive! I’m so excited to do my first Christmas show, I can’t believe I haven’t done one before and there’s nowhere better than the beautiful Union Chapel. It is for all ages and I’ll be performing all the songs you know, some new ones, a few surprises and of course some Christmas classics. I have a new Christmas song coming also and I can’t wait to see you all there, it’s going to be so fun. We are on the countdown to baby number 2 and with this being their first Christmas and my first headline show back at the most magical time of year, with my first Christmas song, and first Christmas film where Albert is now old enough to understand, to say I’m excited is the biggest understatement.’’
New Music: Coming Of Age
Pixie recently made a striking return with her latest single, Coming Of Age, a powerful anthem that reflects a personal and empowering new chapter in her career. The track premiered on Scott Mills’ BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show and has since been added to multiple radio playlists, with appearances on TV shows and live performances lined up, including a BBC Radio 1 special next month.
The song has already been previewed at Pixie’s summer festival appearances across the UK, where it received an overwhelmingly positive reaction, particularly at Mighty Hoopla, drawing one of the largest crowds of the weekend. Produced by Jacob Attwooll and mixed by Thomas Mitchener, Coming Of Age captures the singer-songwriter’s current life stage and resonates with fans experiencing their own ‘coming of age’ moments.
Pixie on the Big Screen: Christmas Karma
Fans can also catch Pixie on the big screen this November in the festive film Christmas Karma. The movie features an all-star cast, including Eva Longoria, Hugh Bonneville, Charithra Chandran, and Billy Porter, and hits cinemas nationwide on 14th November.
