Magic Christmas goes live for 2025 with big name shows from Buble and Mariah
The countdown to Christmas has officially begun — and Magic Radio is leading the charge. With just 115 days to go until December 25th, the station has unveiled its brand-new seasonal spin-off, Magic Christmas, dedicated entirely to festive favourites.
Perfect for those who stock up on wrapping paper in the January sales, have already finished their shopping lists, or simply can’t resist the sound of sleigh bells, Magic Christmas promises The Best Variety of Christmas Favourites around the clock.
Every night at 7pm and 10pm, listeners can tune into the Perfect Christmas Playlist — a handpicked hour of holiday classics curated by Magic’s presenters. Weekends will bring exclusive specials from some of the biggest names in music, including festive royalty Michael Bublé and Mariah Carey, alongside performances from John Legend, Cher, Gary Barlow, Will Young, and Ball & Boe.
The pop-up station will also be the home of coverage for two of Magic’s most beloved seasonal events at the London Palladium:
The Magic of Christmas returns on Sunday 16 November, hosted by Gok Wan, Harriet Scott, and Gaby Roslin, featuring timeless Christmas hits from the 80s to today.
Magic’s West End Christmas is back on Saturday 15 November after last year’s successful debut, showcasing songs from iconic musicals mixed with festive favourites. Full line-ups will be revealed on Magic Radio and Magic Christmas in the coming weeks.
