Andrea Bocelli, Teddy Swims and more confirmed for 'Grace For the World' concert on Disney Plus
Grace for the World to stream on Disney Plus, on September 13.
A landmark musical event is set to unfold in Vatican City this September, as Disney+, Hulu, and ABC News confirm additional performers for Grace for the World. Jennifer Hudson and BamBam have been added to an already star-studded lineup that includes Pharrell Williams with the Voices of Fire Gospel Choir, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend, Karol G, Clipse, Teddy Swims, Jelly Roll, Angélique Kidjo, and the Choir of the Diocese of Rome under Maestro Marco Frisina. The evening will also feature a specially assembled international choir led by musical director Adam Blackstone, alongside a breathtaking aerial drone and light display by Nova Sky Stories inspired by the Sistine Chapel.
Broadcast live from St. Peter’s Square on September 13, Grace for the World will mark the first concert ever staged at this historic site. The event will stream globally at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT on Disney+, Hulu, and ABC News Live, with a replay available on Disney+ after the performance.
Presented in partnership with Fever, the concert is executive produced by Pharrell Williams, Maestro Andrea Bocelli, Nova Sky Stories, and Something in the Water, with additional executive producers Solina Chau, Mark and Roma Burnett, Kimbal Musk, and Fever. Jesse Collins Entertainment will produce the live broadcast, directed by Sam Wrench.
Beyond its musical prestige, the performance carries profound cultural and spiritual significance. It coincides with the celebration of the Catholic Church’s 2025 Jubilee Year and concludes the third World Meeting on Human Fraternity, a global conference organized by the Fratelli Tutti Foundation. Over two days, participants will engage in cultural and spiritual initiatives centered on fraternity, environmental stewardship, and unity — themes reflected in the concert itself.
For Disney+ and Hulu, the event strengthens their growing catalogue of global live specials. By partnering with ABC News Live, the platforms aim to unite audiences worldwide for what is being billed as both a cultural milestone and a powerful display of collective reflection.
Attendance in person will be free and open to the public. Guests are asked to gather at St. Peter’s Square by 8 p.m. CEST, with the concert beginning at 9 p.m. CEST (8 p.m. BST in the UK). Further details can be found at www.gracefortheworld.live.
