Gillian Anderson will be on BBC Radio 2 every day next week, Monday - Friday, choosing her 'Tracks of My Years.
Gillian first rose to fame with her Emmy-winning portrayal of Dana Scully in The X-Files, but has since carved out a diverse and celebrated career well beyond the iconic role. From critically acclaimed performances in The Fall, The Crown, and Great Expectations to standout turns as Jean Milburn in Sex Education and journalist Emily Maitlis in Scoop, Anderson continues to prove her range and staying power.
Now returning to the big screen, she stars in the film adaptation of The Salt Path. Based on Raynor Winn's bestseller, The Salt Path tells the emotional and life-affirming story of a couple whose connection with the natural world helps them overcome challenges and ultimately reconnect with one another.
The film is released 30 May.
