Celebrity Big Brother to launch 7 April
Celebrity Big Brother will launch on Monday 7 April, ITV has confirmed.
This year’s series of Celebrity Big Brother will launch on Monday 7 April, ITV confirmed today.
The launch show will be broadcast live on on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player at 9pm. The series will then continue nightly on ITV2, ITVX and STV Player.
Will Best and AJ Odudu return as hosts and sister-show Late & Live will be back, as will a live feed. The big change this time around though is the show will come from a brand new house, located at a brand new location in London. Producers have already promised more authentic feel, meaning the house will be smaller and be based entirely on one floor… resulting in a more claustrophobic feeling for the housemates.
Who is going to be on Celebrity Big Brother 2025?
As for who is entering the house, names are rumoured to include for I’m A Celebrity contestant and Capital Breakfast host Jordan North, Radio 1 DJ and Drag Queen Danny Beard, Coronation Street legend Jack P Shepherd, Love Island star turned ITV racing presenter Chris Hughes and wag Rebecca Vardy.
Celebrity Big Brother has proved to be a hit since moving to ITV, finding a strong youth audience on ITV2 and delivering decent streaming viewers for ITVX. The channel is set to make a decision on whether it will continue to make the show or not following this series.
The 2025 series is likely to end with a live final on Friday 25 April - to be confirmed.
