Benson Boone and more confirmed for Capital's Summertime Ball
Capital Breakfast has announced the first names performing at the 2025 Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard.
Benson Boone was the first world class artist announced for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard taking place 15 June, 2025 at Wembley Stadium, this morning.
In 2024, Boone released his debut album, "Fireworks & Rollerblades," which received strong commercial success and positive reviews. The album showcases his dynamic range — from heart-wrenching ballads to energetic pop anthems — and solidified his reputation as an artist capable of real emotional depth.
Much of Benson Boone's success can be attributed not only to his vocal talent but also to his authenticity. His music often explores themes of grief, love, mental health, and self-discovery, resonating strongly with a younger audience navigating similar experiences. His active and genuine presence on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram also helped him cultivate a loyal fanbase.
The announcement was closely followed by the news that ‘Busted vs McFly’ would also perform at the concert.
They’re not the only millennial fan favourite to perform - Jessie J will make her comeback at the concert, too!
Country music sensation Dasha will also perform! She’s known for global hits like “Austen” and is set to take the Ball by storm.
Also confirmed - internet sensation KSI will be taking to the #CapitalSTB stage!
Zara Larsson will be back, too! Zara last performed at the UK’s biggest summer party in 2023 and she’ll be back on Sunday 15th June at Wembley Stadium.
Renee Rapp, Lola Young and MARIAH CAREY were also announced!
More names to follow tomorrow!
