Alexander Skarsgård to guest on 6Music Breakfast

Next Wednesday, 28 May, Actor Alexander Skarsgård will chat to Nick Grimshaw on 6Music Breakfast about his new series Murderbot, and plays some of his favourite music.

Based on Martha Wells’ best-selling, Hugo and Nebula Award-winning book series, Murderbot is a sci-fi thriller-comedy that follows a rogue security android who’s hacked its own programming.

Reluctant to engage with humans and repulsed by their emotions, Murderbot would rather binge-watch futuristic soap operas than deal with people—but when a high-stakes mission forces it to hide its autonomy, it must protect a group of vulnerable clients while quietly searching for its own identity and purpose in a chaotic universe.

Fans can hear Alexander in conversation with Nick on 6Music or BBC Sounds from 8am.
