Foodies Festival is touring the UK

 

Example, Ibiza Symphonic Orchestra and a host of top UK chefs will undertake a Summer tour

FOODIES FESTIVAL – known as Gastro-Glastonbury – prepares for its tastiest tour of the UK to date. The star-studded celebrity food & music festival, in its 21st year, announces a huge line-up of TV chefs and chart-topping music stars.  Following a record-breaking number of visitors last year, the family-friendly festival announces a visit to nine regions across 27 dates between May and August. 

Each three-day festival weekend features live cooking demonstrations from an extensive menu of top chefs, including MasterChef and Great British Bake-Off champions, Great British Menu winners and judges, and TV guest chefs, plus highly-rated Michelin-starred chefs in each region. 

A huge roster of star names will showcase their exceptional culinary skills across the series, including MasterChef 2025 Champion Harry Maguire, and finalists Claire Serene, Sophie Sugrue, and Sam Kaeokon, Great British Menu Champion of Champions 2025 Amber Francis, MasterChef Champion of Champions 2025 Thomas Frake, MasterChef: The Professionals Champion, Alex Webb, and MasterChef Champions Tom Rhodes and Dhruv Baker.

Other star names, include: Celebrity chef and TV personality Atul Kochhar, Royal cake maker and author Mich Turner MBE, ITV’s The Heat contestant Tom Lodge, Made in Chelsea legend David Templar, Great British Bake Off stars Hassan Islam, Jessica Trassell, and Hayley Tully, TV chef and author Radika Howarth, and Great British Menu 2026 star Rohan Wadke.

Many of the UK’s finest Michelin and AA Rosette-awarded chefs and bakers will also appear, cooking their mouth-watering signature dishes and sharing tips and tricks.

Foodies Festival isn’t just about the food – there’s also a stellar music line-up that will have visitors dancing as they dine. Featuring multi-platinum chart-topper Example, festival favourites Scouting for Girls delivering their many top 40 hits, Boyzone and Westlife supergroup Boyzlife, performing their huge hits with a live band, Pop Idol star and heartthrob Gareth Gates, and his ‘Boyband in the Park’ show, covering the biggest boyband hits from the 90s and 00s. Double platinum-selling and double denim-wearing iconic 90s pop group B*Witched, and the legendary Symphonic Ibiza with a fusion of dance anthems, live vocals, DJ, and an exhilarating live orchestra. Throughout each weekend, local and touring bands and artists will perform.

Visitors will immerse themselves in a world of food and drink heaven, with numerous live theatres to attend. Favourites include the Chefs Theatre, Cake and Desserts Theatre, and the BBQ Fire Stage. For the hot-headed, Foodies’ legendary chilli-eating competition expands, adding a new level of heat with the Ultimate Hot Wings Challenge! 

New for 2026 'Ready, Steady Cook!’ presents the ultimate competitive cook-off featuring star names and powered by audience interaction! See MasterChef and Great British Menu go head-to-head! 

Masterclasses in the Drinks Theatre include tutored sessions on Champagne, Beer, Cider, Cocktails, and Wine, featuring presentations from experts from ITV, BBC, and Channel 4, including Tom Surgey and Joe Wadsack

Children will enjoy a packed itinerary with both educational and fun activities. Younger guests can enjoy The Kids Cookery School sessions, where they can prepare delicious food to eat or take home. The brand-new Foodies Treasure Hunt Trail will keep the little ones busy, following clues and uncovering hidden secrets across the entire festival. Afterwards, they can visit the fairground and games in the Kids Zone.

Browse the latest food trends in the Shopping Village, meet local producers in the Artisan Market and taste exotic and unusual new dishes in the Feasting Tent – which features a mouth-watering range of street food and delicacies from all four corners of the globe.
